[blocking] jsdom 30 declares undici: ^8.10.2, but the root package.json override forces undici: ^7.29.1 across the dependency tree. A clean npm ci installs Undici 7.30.0 for jsdom, and JSDOM.fromURL() against a local HTTP server never resolves (timed out after 2 seconds). jsdom 30's dispatcher implements Undici 8's onRequestStart/onResponseStart handler API, whereas Undici 7 still calls onConnect/onHeaders. Scope the existing override to the dependencies that need v7 or otherwise allow jsdom to install a compatible, patched Undici 8; then regenerate the lockfile and exercise fromURL/resource loading. This fix spans the root override and lockfile, so there is no safe single-line suggestion.

Applied in dcd79c4. The root overrides now give jsdom its own undici: "jsdom": { "undici": "^8.10.2" }. Everything else keeps ^7.29.1, so miniflare stays on 7.30.0. The lockfile gains exactly one entry, node_modules/jsdom/node_modules/undici 8.11.2, and nothing else in it changes. Verified locally after a clean npm ci: JSDOM.fromURL() against a local HTTP server now resolves; with undici 7.30.0 it timed out, same as your repro. Typecheck, lint, format, build, all unit suites (9,630 tests), control-plane integration (1,531/1,531) and npm audit pass, with no undici advisories.
