First headless test coverage for SpanishVCCVPhonemizer: a small synthetic nJokis-style voicebank fixture (Files/es_vccv) plus phonemization cases for the words reported in openutau#2380 (lle, be, causa). Those three now pass on master; the 'hoy' diphthong case still reproduces (outputs 'o y' instead of merged 'oI') and is included as a skipped test referencing openutau#2380.
