OCI CLI install.sh fails on Alpine

Hi,

As i described in #762 the install.sh script fails on alpine images as the mktemp command works a little different on there.

I implemented a fix for it in the mentioned PR.

Is there no way we can get the associated PR approved and merged? This seems like such a simple fix and it would be very helpful.
