Paired with osapi-io/specs#232.

asset/logo-dark.svg and asset/logo-light.svg: the repo name in tonestack's half-block banner alphabet, drawn as <rect> elements so nothing depends on a font being available.

Grey top half, brand colour bottom half, which is the two-tone bleed. A few whole cells at opacity="0.25" as the glitch, scaled to the length of the name.

Every repository renders at 69px tall with 13.9px blocks, identical to tonestack. The width attribute differs per repo because the names differ in length: forcing a common width is exactly what makes them look like different sizes.

Header follows the same shape everywhere: centred logo, one-line tagline, one badge row, a bold line, then the paragraph. The existing badges are kept, just moved into the centred row. Nothing below the first ## changes.
