Matches osapi-io/osapi#561. Diff is two files; the README is untouched.

The wordmarks were seven colours I invented, one per repository. osapi's asset/logo.png is five colours and none of them appeared in any wordmark, so the family did not look like one project.

The palette

Decoded that PNG's colour table. Ignoring anti-aliasing blends it is exactly five:

hex share of pixels
#00d5ff cyan 34.9%
#ffd100 yellow 27.2%
#ff00ff magenta 13.8%
#45ae17 green 10.4%
#2300fd blue 6.4%

Nothing is invented. Every repository draws from those five and starts at a different point in the cycle, because five colours do not divide into seven repositories and inventing two more is what got us here. The light variant is the same five darkened to 33% lightness so they hold on white.

What changed and what did not

The shape is the same: grey overshadow on the top half of each letter, colour on the bottom half, cells that drop out.

What changed is that the bottom half is no longer one hue. It runs in irregular bands of two to four columns, so a colour change lands mid-letter rather than per letter. The overshadow tears into colour for about a third of those bands, which is where the glitch reads. And half the dropped cells now take a different palette colour outright instead of fading, which is the block equivalent of the circles overlapping the letters in the logo.

Dropouts fade to 0.25 on dark and 0.45 on light. At 0.25 against white they were nearly invisible and punched holes through the letters.

The README needs no change: the existing width already gives every repository the same 69px height.

The wordmarks were seven invented colours, one per repository. osapi's
asset/logo.png is five colours and none of them appeared in any wordmark,
so the family did not look like one project.

Decoded that PNG's palette. Ignoring anti-aliasing it is exactly five:
cyan #00d5ff at 34.9% of the pixels, yellow #ffd100 at 27.2%, magenta
#ff00ff at 13.8%, green #45ae17 at 10.4% and blue #2300fd at 6.4%. Every
repository now draws from those five and starts at a different point in
the cycle, because five colours do not divide into seven repositories and
inventing two more is what got us here.

The shape is unchanged. Grey overshadow on the top half of each letter,
colour on the bottom half, cells that drop out. What changed is that the
bottom half is no longer one hue: it runs in irregular bands of two to
four columns that change mid-letter, the overshadow tears into colour for
about a third of those bands, and half the dropped cells now take another
palette colour instead of fading, which is the block equivalent of the
circles overlapping the letters in the logo.

Dropouts fade to 0.25 on dark and 0.45 on light. At 0.25 on white they
went close to invisible and punched holes in the letters.

The README is untouched; the width already gives every repository the same
69px height.
