Three things, all corrections to work I did earlier in this session.

The README keeps the shape it had before the reorg

Same sections, same order, same names: badges, Usage, Skills, The architecture documentation, Documentation, Contributing, License. What changed inside is Spec Kit swapped for doc-driven, the paths updated, and the skills table gaining document.

No hardcoded inventory counts

It said "six repositories", "twelve subject pages" and "fifteen specifications". Each is wrong the day something is added, and this repository already has a rule about exactly that: the repository list is a command, not a document. The skills section even explains why none of the skills hardcodes an inventory, while the README above it hardcoded three.

The numbers that survive are the ones a reader can check against the table immediately below them.

The voice is at the root now, and the skills are held to it

VOICE.md moved out of .claude/skills/document/references/. It governs every page here and every skill that writes one, so living inside one skill was the wrong place. Cited from the skill and its README rather than restated.

32 em dashes removed from add-a-domain and org-status. Both predate the voice guidance, and check-docs only looks at components/*/*.md and ARCHITECTURE.md, so neither skill had ever been held to the rule the docs are held to.

skill-lint earned its place again: one replacement put a colon inside the description value in YAML frontmatter and broke it. The gate caught it before the push.

The README keeps the shape it had before the reorg: badges, Usage,
Skills, The architecture documentation, Documentation, Contributing,
License, in that order. What changed inside it is Spec Kit swapped for
doc-driven, the paths updated, and the skills table gaining document.

No hardcoded inventory counts. It said six repositories, twelve subject
pages and fifteen specifications, each of which is wrong the day
something is added, which is the rule this repository already states
about the repository list being a command rather than a document. The
numbers that survive are the ones a reader can check against the table
immediately below them.

The voice guidance moved to VOICE.md at the root and is cited rather
than restated. It governs every page here and every skill that writes
one, so burying it in one skill's references directory was the wrong
place for it.

32 em dashes removed from add-a-domain and org-status. Both predate the
voice guidance and the docs contract never looked at .claude/, so
neither had been held to it. skill-lint caught the one replacement that
broke YAML, a colon landing inside the description value in frontmatter.

Superseded by the branch that deletes history/, strips check-docs to three checks, and keeps the voice as a reference inside the document skill where the skill that writes the docs reads it.
