fix: run scripts directly from action path without checking out deploy-actions

Why

Previously, composite actions checked out panicboat/deploy-actions to the caller workspace and copied configuration files into it. This introduced redundant network checkouts, required extraneous deploy-actions-ref inputs, and carried risks of version mismatch.

This PR:

• Eliminates the actions/checkout step for deploy-actions and runs scripts directly using ${{ github.action_path }}/../action-scripts as working-directory.
• Reads configuration directly from the checked out source repository via WORKFLOW_CONFIG_PATH: ${{ github.workspace }}/source-repo/${{ inputs.config-path }} and SOURCE_REPO_PATH: ${{ github.workspace }}/source-repo.
• Removes the no-longer-needed copy-configuration.js scripts and extraneous deploy-actions-ref / deploy-actions-repository inputs.
