Adds the reviewed standalone PolkaVM runtime bridge, browser asset export, native FFI integration, and native GPU support. Exposes guest motion usage metadata and pins merged pvm-host-runtime v0.1.6 at 7ae77c129c9c5cf4fa83fd821e52026ae97a71d5.\n\nVerification:\n- cargo test --workspace --all-features --locked (1198 passed, 18 ignored)\n- make uniffi\n- cargo deny --all-features check licenses
