docs: refresh stale notes (cache sizes measured, pqxx reconcile done, 05 re-run recorded) - #85

- CLAUDE.md and the examples.yml cache comment: Maven (446 MB) and Go (216 MB) sizes measured on main 2026-10-15, typical/bound/peak recomputed (2.7 / 3.9 / ~7 GB).
- CLAUDE.md: drop the pqxx reconcile note (Chapter 05 shows libpq; no pqxx left).
- s13 plan: the 'Not re-run' note now records the 2026-10-13 re-run of example 05 (docs(site): Appendices R and S re-verified on the S13/S14 code #84).
