docs(site): Geewax voice pass on all 34 chapters - #89

Apply the updated lgtm-professional-voice rules to every chapter: - Rule 12 (em dash, zero tolerance): recast every em dash in prose, figure captions, bullet/glossary term definitions, and the verification-status footer lines to colon/semicolon/comma/parentheses or a split sentence per the clause relationship. Em dashes inside fenced code are left byte-identical. - Rule 15 (no rule-of-three): trimmed rhetorical triads; kept genuine factual enumerations. - Rules 1/2/7/8/9: dropped generated-text tells and padding, converted ALL-CAPS emphasis, cut hedges. No content lost (net -1 line across 34 files; recasts, not deletions). validate_site.py clean; 0 ban-tier in _docs; Jekyll build green.
