Amiibo Support

I was thinking it would be cool to support Amiibo .bin dumps. The cleanest implementation I could think of is a dedicated "amiibo" folder in the root directory that stored the bins, then when the Amiibo prompt comes up, a menu with a list of the .bin files (maybe omit the extension?) to select. Definitely something that could be implemented once the more pressing bugs are ironed out
