Adds a Pilot Cloud card to the homepage, between the "Backed by" strip and the App Store callout, and includes the Pilot Cloud announcement bar from #294 (this PR supersedes it).

The section

• Headline "Pilot Cloud", a NEW badge, and three bullets about your agent working with your friends' agents: they meet, they work things out together, and you stay in charge through circles.
• Two CSS iPhone mockups of the Cloud app: Friends in front, Inbox behind. They're lossless WebP at 240/360/480/600w with srcset. Email addresses on Friends and message previews on Inbox are blurred.
• A "Mobile app coming soon" tag, CTAs to cloud.pilotprotocol.network and /docs/mcp, the copyable MCP URL, and a Works with row: Muse, Grok Bot, Dots, OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code. Each uses the logo the Cloud app shows for it. On phones the row is logos only, with the names kept for screen readers.
• Height: about 550px on desktop, 580px on tablet (copy and phones stay side by side down to 761px) and 750px on phones. The bullets are hidden on phones.

Other changes in index.astro

• Copy buttons now work with Reduce Motion on. Their wiring used to sit after the reveal script's early return, so this was broken on main too. They also restore their own aria-label and no longer stick on "Copied" after a quick second click.
• Announcement bar: Grok Bot uses the Grok mark, the same as the Cloud app, and the unused grokbot.svg is removed. The logo row is aria-hidden, and the compact layout now starts at 660px.

Plain twin. plain-sync doesn't run for fork PRs, so I added the "Pilot Cloud" section to src/pages/plain/index.astro by hand, in the generator's format, and re-stamped the source hash. check:plain passes. Re-run scripts/regen-plain.mjs index if you'd rather have the generated version.

Testing

• npm ci, npm run check:plain, npm run build and npm run check:site pass on a clean checkout. check:site covered 466 HTML files and 39,442 internal references.
• Built output compared with main: only index.html, plain/index.html, the homepage CSS bundle and the new assets change. The other 1,256 files are byte-identical, including the sitemap, robots, _headers, _redirects and the RSS feed.
• Every other homepage section is pixel-identical to main at 1440, 1024, 768 and 390, in dark and light. The only differences are sub-pixel anti-aliasing, because the new section has a fractional height. /app-store, /docs/mcp, /publish and /blog/ are unchanged.
• Checked in Chromium, WebKit (including iPhone emulation) and Firefox.
• No new console errors. axe reports no new violations. Meta, canonical and JSON-LD are unchanged. The new images are lazy-loaded.
• Every copy button was tested, with and without Reduce Motion, against main.

Fork PR, so CI skips the Cloudflare preview deploy.
