Fixes #89. After using the picker, E / S / Copy send the notes from every reply that has unsent notes, one block per reply (
# Annotations on claude · message N of M ("first line")); a reply already delivered is not repeated.qasks first when any reply has unsent notes. File/folder reviews and single-reply output are unchanged (tested byte-for-byte).
