Adds
plannotator-tui herdr terminal [--lines N]for the new herdr-annotateannotate.terminalaction (plannotator/herdr-annotate#62). Reads the focused pane withherdr pane read --source recent-unwrapped, shows it verbatim in a code block, Send goes to the pane's agent likelast(clipboard when no agent). Quotes across wrapped long tokens rejoin exactly; terminal feedback omits line labels. Additive only: existing commands and output unchanged.
