Update DG2 PHP and Node.js versions and PHP extension lists

Summary

Updates Dedicated Gen 2 runtime versions in registry.json and syncs PHP extension lists in php_extensions.yaml.

Changes

shared/data/registry.json:

• DG2 PHP: moves 8.1 and 8.0 from supported to deprecated. This is part of Remove EOL PHP versions from DG2 support list #5760.
• DG2 Node.js: supported is now 24, 22, and 18; 20 and 19 move to deprecated. Confirmed internally.

shared/data/php_extensions.yaml:

• Dedicated: adds extension lists for PHP 8.4 and 8.5.
• Grid: adds lz4, lzf, snappy, and zstd for PHP 8.3–8.5 (lz4 and zstd for 8.4–8.5 only), and grpc, ioncube, and swoole for PHP 8.5.

Notes

• The Grid extension lists match the current extension data for all PHP versions (5.4–8.5), and Dedicated matches for 5.x–8.3. The Dedicated 8.4 and 8.5 lists aren't covered by that data.
• Dedicated Gen 2 version lists in registry.json are maintained by hand; the Meta-bot sync doesn't update them.
