Flipper connection times out when multiple web devtools plugins are configured #25

Summary

When multiple web devtools plugins (basic + profiler) are registered together in a browser Player instance, Flipper never establishes a connection. The Flipper desktop process reports a timeout.

Error

"unhandledrejection" event intercepted:
Error: Unable to send message::flipper to player-ui-devtools, connection error: Error: Flipper Server timeout. Reason: timeout for command 'client-request-response'

Repro context

• BasicReactDevtoolsPlugin (@player-devtools/basic-plugin-react) and ProfilerReactDevtoolsPlugin (@player-devtools/profiler-plugin-react), both at v0.14.0.
• Both plugins registered together on the same browser Player instance.
• Reproduced via a Storybook setup with both plugins added in preview.ts.

Question for isolating scope

Does this reproduce with only a single devtools plugin configured (e.g. just basic, or just profiler), or does it require 2+ plugins active simultaneously to trigger?
