Adds Laravel Boost guidelines in
resources/boost/guidelines/core.blade.php.LikeOperator,YearExpressionandCsvValuesinstead of hand written LIKE,YEAR()andexplode. Lists supported drivers.BoostResourcesTest: file shape, Blade render, size limit,laravel/boostonly insuggest.src/.No service provider is needed: Boost discovers
resources/boostfrom the filesystem, but only for packages required directly by the app.
