A resolve with no configured integration key has nothing to resolve; failing the step marked the run failed and re-triggered the resolve job on every following scheduled run, producing a self-perpetuating failure loop until the key exists.
Bind queue claims, staged reviews and recovery to immutable receipts. Settle trusted usage for the originating review and repair terminal advisory state when ownership changes. Preserve legacy recovery and additive schema compatibility.
Link queue claims, review transitions and recovery work with durable attempt receipts. Reconcile trusted usage to its originating review on terminal and lost-ownership exits, and repair checks from stored state. Keep nullable links, legacy recovery payloads and job pointers compatible. Schema additions precede new writers. Mixed-version writer completeness and production rollout remain unqualified. Focused PostgreSQL, unit, workflow and TypeScript checks pass locally. The canonical local review has no verdict; these are fallback checks.

Review retries need durable links between queue claims, review results, and recovery work. Persist those links in an append-only attempt receipt chain, and bind recovery to the originating review so attempts can be correlated across retries and restored data can be checked against its source identity.
Trusted completed usage settles against its own review on terminal and lost-ownership exits. Terminal check repair uses that review's stored state. Nullable links preserve legacy recovery payloads and job pointers. Schema additions must precede new writers; completeness while older writers remain active is unqualified.
Local validation on the integrated candidate passes 22 PostgreSQL receipt-ownership tests with 1216 assertions, 94 focused unit and migration tests with 539 assertions, 9 queue/runner/web/SQL workflow controls, and TypeScript checks. Database and workflow checks use disposable databases and external-service fixtures. The canonical local review has no verdict; fallback checks do not establish a canonical pass. Production rollout, restore coordination, and external publication guarantees remain unqualified.
