Promote the validated GetComics v1.0.4 preparation from #52 to main.

• Fix issue-pack coverage for GetComics download headings ending in Free Download, including House of M and Masters of Evil.
• Upgrade the shared runtime to Python 3.14.8 with patched OpenSSL/PCRE2 and refreshed compatible dependencies.
• Apply the explicitly approved 55 exact High-severity package/CVE exceptions only through October 31, 2026. No Critical findings; new findings, changed versions, available fixes, and expiry remain blocking.
• Only GetComics is being versioned and published. Other provider versions and deployments remain unchanged.

Evidence

All four required workflows on #52 passed: CI, Security, Workflow Hygiene, and Container Security. Local suite: 495 passed, 90.15% coverage. Both architectures passed image security and hardened runtime checks.

After this promotion passes its required checks, publish the signed getcomics-v1.0.4 release to GHCR and Docker Hub and update only GetComics on the home server.
