Adds the three servers released today (all 0.1.0 on PyPI and the MCP Registry):

• Pages: /servers/cq-zones/, /servers/itu-zones/ and /servers/darc-dok/, generated like the others from each README plus the released server's tools. These are the URLs each package's PyPI Documentation link points to.
• Nav and server index: a new Reference Data section ("the lists ADIF's fields point to but ADIF doesn't define, each as its owner publishes it").
• llms.txt: the three entries.
• Attributions: a Reference Data section crediting CQ / WWROF, IARU Region 1 and DARC with their documents and dates, plus the validation sources (AD1C, ARRL, ADIF). It also notes that the owner's document is not included. And it corrects the ADIF line, which still said adif-mcp bundles 3.1.6; it carries 3.1.6 and 3.1.7.

The deploy workflow's PR run collects every server and builds with --strict.
