Added HDMI overly file for shikra CQ/CM and DLC, LVDS panel overlay files for IQ in LINUX_QCOM_KERNEL_DEVICETREE so the DTBO is built and included in the deployed images. Signed-off-by: Mohit Dsor <mohit.dsor@oss.qualcomm.com> (cherry picked from commit 9ddae13)
