feat: support Sphinx 8.2 - #54

Widen the requirement to Sphinx>=8.2,<9.2 and run the test suite against Sphinx 8.2.3 in CI. Sphinx 8.0 and 8.1 lack add_linkcode_domain.

Widens the requirement from
Sphinx>=9.1,<9.2toSphinx>=8.2,<9.2.Tests (Sphinx 8.2)runs the suite withuv run --locked --with sphinx==8.2.3.8.0 and 8.1 are not supported:
sphinx.ext.linkcode.add_linkcode_domainonly exists from 8.2.Checked locally: all 139 tests pass on Sphinx 8.2.3, and the strict docs build (
-W -n) passes on 8.2.3 and on 9.1. Browser theme checks and the showcase build were not run on 8.2.
