Development tooling only. Reference: https://github.com/charmbracelet/vhs
Goal
Evaluate VHS for deterministic terminal demos, screenshots, release GIF/WebM captures and visual smoke flows after major renderer/layout behavior settles.
Potential tapes may live under dev/tapes/ or another repository-appropriate location. Identify a small set of durable demo flows and how generated artifacts are reviewed or refreshed. Text golden output may be used where more useful than video.
Constraints
VHS is not an NMSh runtime dependency and end users are never required to install or use it. Reproducibility should use the dedicated deterministic presentation mode. Decide whether CI integration is worthwhile after a local workflow is proven.
