Adds a
.github/dependabot.ymlto enable weekly Dependabot version updates forgithub-actionsandnpm. It's modeled on the rancher/dashboard configuration: a weekly schedule, a 7-day cooldown and at most 5 open PRs per ecosystem.Only directories that contain manifests are listed. Synced extension build assets under
extensions/are left out where they exist.Dependabot alerts and security updates have also been turned on in this repository's settings.
