Update clean-keyboard extension

Description

Adds a lock-keyboard Ask AI tool. Users can ask Clean Keyboard to lock for any whole-number duration from 0 to 2,147,483,647 seconds (0 means forever), or omit the duration to use 30 seconds. The tool confirms the lock, then launches the existing command with that duration. Ctrl+U still unlocks at any time.

AI instructions and evals are in ai.yaml. Validation passed: npx ray evals (4/4), npx ray build, and npm run fix-lint.

The code and manifest look good — ray lint is clean, the tool wiring matches the documented pattern, and moving validateDuration into confirmation covers the Greptile note.
