feat: update qcs sdk

Description

Update QCS SDK for benchmarking campaign. Required for single-use refresh tokens.

Checklist

• The PR targets the master branch
• The above description motivates these changes.

• Parameters and return values have type hints with PEP 484 syntax.

• (Release) There are no references to PENDING_DEPRECATION_RELEASE in deprecation warnings (see CONTRIBUTING.md).
