This will allow https://github.com/rigetti/qcs-api-client-rust/blob/main/qcs-api-client-common/python/qcs_api_client_common/configuration/__init__.py to be given through rust's packaged
qcs-api-client-commondependency, instead of relying on a separate python-side vending of the types.Note that this is all vibe-coded; I don't yet have the time for a self review, which I would prefer to do before asking for others to review.
