0.0.65 adds `mkdocstrings[python]>=1.0.6` to upstream's dev dependency group, and python/tests/integration/test_mkdocstrings.py now imports `mkdocstrings` and `mkdocstrings_handlers.python` at module level, so collection fails without it.
