Reviewed the exact Biome 2.5.14 to 2.5.15 update and generated Bun lockfile. Integrated the current dev branch and passed full local bun run verify, including the public CLI module, 96 planned Dialect fixtures and executable documentation. No source-format changes are needed. The required public repository boundary and Contribution delivery checks must pass on head caae7ad before merge.

Reviewed current head 84697ae after integrating the validated GitHub Actions updates from dev. The Biome update and generated lockfile remain the only changes against dev. Full local distribution verification passed, and every required public validation and documentation preview now passes on this exact head.
