Change
Promote the reviewed Rootform 0.3.0 release request from dev into main. The request pins the Constellation renderer, records its user-visible changes, and updates installation and integration examples.
Validation
PR #45, PR #46 and PR #47 passed their required checks. Full local verification passed with the actual 0.3.0 binary, including regenerated Playground Forms, 96 planned fixtures and 115 documentation command markers. Immutable renderer attestation, five-target handoff assembly, native macOS and browser offline proofs passed. This exact dev head requires its own promotion check before main advances.
