Updates the Playwright migration reference for Rstest 0.12.0, replacing outdated global-configuration and assertion-timeout guidance with
definePlaywrightConfigandexpect.poll.timeout. Clarifies E2E defaults, project scope, serialization limits, and fixture replacement semantics while retaining the 0.11.x fallback.Related: https://rstest.rs/integration/playwright
