Summary
Repeated pushes to a PR can leave outdated benchmark runs consuming runner capacity. Group runs by workflow, event, and PR number so a new PR run cancels older runs for the same PR. Use unique run IDs for non-PR events to preserve main-branch, merge-group, and manually triggered runs without changing benchmark measurements.
