Summary
This PR consolidates the repository's build, test, lint, formatting, staged-file, and Git hook workflows under Rstack CLI. It replaces the standalone Rslib, Rstest, Rslint, dprint, nano-staged, and Husky setup with
rstack@0.7.2, updates CI and editor integration, and preserves the existing coverage thresholds and plugin build behavior. The published package's Node.js engine range remains unchanged.Related Links
