Add regression test for matching associated types on new solver Closes rust-lang/trait-system-refactor-initiative#216 The regression test fails on 5e91de6, which I think is just before it was fixed. The test placement is always tricky for me but it seemed to have to do with associated types so here we are. Any feedback is appreciated!
cg_llvm: Make the LLVM version-check bindings safe - Follow-up to rust-lang#161788 --- These version-check functions should always be safe to call, so marking them `safe` avoids some unsafe blocks at call sites. There should be no change to compiler behaviour.
