PR #137 is now published and verified in production at 0ec918a. Update only CHANGELOG, ROADMAP and the existing refresh runbook from prepared/pending approval to the actual release receipt.
Production run 39649211670 succeeded; deployment dpl_5NcpUBPmGWf1KsBs4gGqwP13cV4b is READY with matching borderpulse.com manifest. Native EN/ES mobile/desktop readback and isolated served-bundle storage/favorites/keyboard/metadata fixtures passed. Fresh local build, 118 unit tests and full local/production npm test passed; both route runs checked 402 navigations. Eight moderate audit entries and workflow runtime/image annotations remain recorded with explicit limits.
Validation: diff/links/source identities read back; git diff --check passed. Three Markdown files only, no runtime, data, workflow, credentials or permission changes. The existing Vercel workflow ignores these documentation paths, so this closeout does not request another application deployment.
