Close the existing release records for #139 after actual production verification. Deployment dpl_2ZwQiEBevGVAGAguBVvB1Jv5ATxR is READY at source 9893047; production run 39718320478 succeeded, and borderpulse.com's manifest matched.
Native EN/ES desktop/mobile readback and isolated served-bundle fixtures passed historical weekday scope, zero, malformed/future sources, recovery, dark mode and cross-port navigation. Fresh local build, 126 unit tests and 402 local/production navigations passed. Record the source-only revert path, preservation of current collector data and exact testing/security limits.
Three existing Markdown files only. No application/data/dependency/workflow or settings changes; the Vercel publisher ignores these paths, so this receipt does not request another application deployment. git diff --check passed.
