Record the already published PR #143 summary-confidence fix in the existing CHANGELOG, roadmap and refresh runbook. Source a14654f is live through successful existing production run 39731300070; Vercel dpl_8VJ9dSkAucq3E27fjCiDJiiH4CJN is READY and the public manifest and served assets match.
Validation: 130 unit tests, full local npm test (420 navigations), both final CI checks (416 clean-data navigations), native production EN/ES desktop/mobile success/failure/recovery fixtures, and the complete suite against unchanged served bytes (416; all 24 asset hashes rechecked). Documents the initial historical-fixture synchronization failure, its target-canonical wait correction, final passing CI and checked/unapplied scoped rollback.
Only three existing Markdown records change. No runtime, dependency, lockfile, feed, threshold, budget, workflow, security/access setting, credentials, ads, services or monitors change. The original checkout's 18 changed paths, eight older worktrees and newer collector inputs are preserved. Six moderate build-chain advisories and limited headless accessibility coverage remain; no claim of complete security or conversion gain.
