This PR closes #41. The last release, v0.2.0 in April, is still called EpiAwareR and wraps EpiAware.jl, so anyone installing the latest tag gets a package the current README does not describe. The rewrite around ComposableTuringIDModels.jl, the rename and the move to juliabridge have all been sitting on
mainsince then, unreleased.This marks the release as 0.3.0:
DESCRIPTIONmoves from 0.2.0.9000 to 0.3.0 and the topNEWS.mdheading from (development version) to 0.3.0. A 1.0 would promise a stable API that juliabridge, itself at 0.1.0 and still moving, cannot support yet.CITATION.cffupdates itself through its own workflow once this lands onmain.
