ACTIONS_APP_PRIVATE_KEYto the shared Claude code review workflow.Starting with scality/workflows v2.11.0 (scality/workflows#111), the review authenticates with Anthropic native WIF and records each review's cost in
scality/cost-center-review. Cost reporting needs this secret; without it, reviews still run but cost reporting (and plugin marketplaces) are skipped.The GCP/Vertex secrets are kept for now: they are still required by the current
