When playlist creation succeeds but screen assignment conflicts, the error now provides structured inspection arguments and a conditional assignment template using the created playlist. The template requires a reviewed revision and preserves configuration/API context without copying URL credentials.
Second of three stacked CLI UX PRs; base is the recovery-management branch.
Validation: publishing recovery tests cover unchanged retry revisions, single creation, context preservation, and explicit reconciliation. Combined stack passed 228 targeted tests and mock smoke. Full local suite limitations: missing Liberation fonts and optional sibling vendor drift; extractor test skipped.
