Summary

• Ask a fresh or disconnected CLI installation whether to connect to an existing project or create a new one before suggesting enrollment. Keep pending requests resumable and align agent status, doctor, help, and README with that choice.
• Explain when a new-project invitation must be accepted and prompt the agent to verify its selected project before writes.
• Make compose catalog and JSON examples usable on machines without Liberation fonts. Omitting the optional font field selects an installed fallback; callers can still request a specific installed family.

Our original local CLI checkout was at Sep 22's 6dca9f8. This PR was based on current main. The preview implementation on main warns about unresolved placeholders; it does not implement the older local checkout's strict failure behavior.

Verification

• npm ci, npm run typecheck, npm run build, npm run check:public, npm run smoke:mock, npm run pack:dry, SCREENRIG_VERSION=26.10.0-dev npm run pack:release, and npm run check:npm-install passed.
• Full local compiled suite excluding vendor-drift.test.js: 887 passed, 1 skipped, 0 failed. The compose subset passed 34/34 after the font change. git diff --check passed.
• npm run check stops at vendor:check because this workspace's sibling backend checkout is older than the CLI main branch's vendored contract. No vendored files changed here; public CI verifies vendor integrity without that sibling checkout.

Follow-up

After review and merge, rebuild the official plugin from the merged CLI artifact, align its guidance with current CLI commands, and test clean existing-project and new-project setup. This PR does not publish the CLI or plugin.
