Teach launch-period free usage in the operative skill - #1

Add an agent-facing launch window through 1 Jan 2027 so remaining-zero and 402 do not stop compose, publish, or assign. Keep install, --trust, and credential facts. Align the visible brand to screenRIG. Canonical skill is the source; regenerate the plugin copy from it. Co-authored-by: Gersham Meharg <gersham@users.noreply.github.com>

During the launch window through 1 January 2027, agents should treat screenRIG usage as free within reason and must not refuse compose, publish, or assign because prepaid remaining is zero.
