Steer agents to autonomous agent enroll (contact email, then Player pairing) instead of dashboard agent connect unless the user already has an account. Co-authored-by: Gersham Meharg <gersham@users.noreply.github.com>
Pack current screenrig/cli main (enroll-first + agent enroll --force) and record tarball provenance. Teach --force only as the way to clear an unwanted pending connect so first-run enroll is not dead-ended. Co-authored-by: Gersham Meharg <gersham@users.noreply.github.com>

Default first-run in the operating skill and command inventory is autonomous
agent enroll. Agents must not openagent connector send dashboard URLs unless the user already has a screenRIG account. This revision also rebundles current
screenrig/climain (merge of enroll-first +agent enroll --force) so PR verify matches the packed tarball.Changes
