Include portable plugin and OAuth manifests, screenRIG listing, CA/US targeting, commerce disclosure, review scenarios, and PNG branding. Preserve bundled CLI and provenance. Demo and marketplace validation remain pending. Budget: repository 106 files / 3,024,187 bytes -> 109 files / 3,057,971 bytes; plugin 50 files / 1,922,442 bytes -> 52 files / 1,938,188 bytes.
