Teach and bundle the playlist workflows implemented in screenrig/cli#14. The operating skill directs agents through preparation, preview, publishing, and verification; references cover editable output, stdin/prompt files, expected revisions, and partial-failure recovery. Examples use --expect-rev and document the --if-match compatibility alias.
Refresh the generated CLI from the successful current-main CLI CI artifact so the taught commands actually ship in the bundle. components.lock.json records source commit 880abf4fbf53af93e30ed59553ba1320db649e9f and artifact SHA-256 19c4d7843edce94b35f73fc262ab4e52e6b84fb4266bd32b14e1f287def07c83. All 19 runtime dependencies remain accounted for. Update the operational-fact validator to require the preferred --expect-rev spelling; the provenance gate remains intact.
Validation passed: bundle rebuild/consistency check, full plugin validation against the exact artifact and CLI source, public repository check, 8 dependency-boundary tests, skill-vs-binary test, freshness helper tests, docs-only generation tests, bundled launcher version, and git diff --check. No marketplace install, live API, native hardware, publication, or deployment was performed.
