Bundle the CLI fix from screenrig/cli#20 so environment-qualified resource IDs work throughout enrollment and playlist workflows. Regenerate the bundle and record the exact CLI commit and artifact SHA-256 in
components.lock.json; canonical skills and marketplace metadata are unchanged.Merge after the CLI PR. This development bundle was generated from that PR’s commit rather than current CLI main.
