docs: point the CLI install endpoint at ai-api

Summary

• The CLI install script is moving off the portal frontend onto the agent backend.
• Install, update, and dev-channel curls on the Co-Scientist installation page now use https://ai-api.seqera.io/install. The dev channel stays --channel dev.

Test plan

• Confirm the rendered page shows curl -fsSL https://ai-api.seqera.io/install | bash for install and update
• Confirm the dev-channel example is curl -fsSL https://ai-api.seqera.io/install | bash -s -- --channel dev
• Publish after the agent-backend GET /install route is deployed, so the new command does not 404
