Enabling status bar scrolling previously opened Android settings before explaining how Candy uses the accessibility service or obtaining explicit consent. Show a separate disclosure first, explain the foreground package-name check, and activate the setting only after agreement. Existing users must consent again.
The service ignores accessibility events until consent is recorded. Translations and settings documentation reflect the updated flow.
Validation: full and FOSS lint and debug builds; emulator tests for consent, settings, and migration; manual emulator recording of the disclosure, refusal, consent, and scrolling flow.
