Summary

  • Delivers the accepted OpenCode-native Beads integration: eleven code-mode operations, structured outcomes, actual executor attribution, native permissions/cancellation, packaged guidance and 30 human commands.
  • Completes all 16 source/qualification tasks and archives the change, synchronizing 19 requirements into canonical specifications.
  • Preserves independent review history, original failed probes and explicit host limitations; reconciles actual installed/real-model evidence.

Verification

  • Parent final full suite: 191 passed; typecheck and packed-package validation passed.
  • 63 disposable Beads 1.3.1 CLI checks; native namespace/permissions, explicit Stop and actual plugin cleanup observations.
  • Genuine OpenAI Sol/high code-mode workflows, actual partial child, memory/recovery and encrypted same-route replay; 53 final raw-trace consistency assertions independently rerun.
  • Strict OpenSpec canonical validation 3/3, all 16 tasks accepted, corpus/planning validator and docs links passed.

Release boundary

This is implementation closeout, not a stable release or operator activation. Ordinary typed activation remains withheld pending beta preparation. Follow-up opencode-beads-jrm owns a documented beta activation path, prerelease version/onboarding and explicit npm next tag routing. Current release workflow must not publish a prerelease blindly to latest.
