• Replace package-owned /oc-beads:status with /oc-beads:diagnostics, without an alias; preserve user-owned commands and keep /oc-beads:stats for issue overview.
• Clarify compact/restore/quickstart/sync meanings; compact guidance distinguishes analyze/apply from separately authorized external-AI/GC modes and requires explicit actor.
• Preserve all 29 workflow stems, exactly 30 package entries, 17 guidance links, permissions, actor/lifecycle mechanisms and diagnostic payload shape.
• Reconcile README, current packaged guidance and focused callbacks/tests; archive the accepted change and synchronize exactly three workflow-access requirements.
• Owner-approved 1.1.0-beta.2 publication targets next, leaving latest=1.0.2. No operator runtime install/restart.

Evidence

• Astra/medium plan; actual same-session Opus5.5/medium READY after S1 correction. Parent reviewed implementation and README correction; owner explicitly chose no extra external source review.
• Test-first RED/GREEN retained; parent final 201 tests, typecheck, packed public callbacks, strict specs3/3 and whitespace PASS.
